1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the bespoke rug cleaning booking platform operated by rugwashservice at www.rugwashservice.com. By submitting a customized booking request or placing a service deposit, clients in Europe agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with applicable legal frameworks.

2. Customized Service Model and Deposits

Tailored Services: All services offered through www.rugwashservice.com are bespoke, tailored specifically to the textile characteristics and parameters provided during submission.
Service Deposits: Prices displayed on the platform represent a preliminary service deposit to reserve an assessment and operational slot. The final service cost depends on the physical inspection and detailed evaluation of the item.
Booking Forms: Clients are guided to complete accurate online forms detailing material, size, and care needs prior to final service confirmation.

Deposit Adjustments: Requests to modify or cancel a custom service reservation must be submitted electronically before the formal service assessment commences.
* Service Scope Changes: If an assessment reveals that specific textile conditions alter the operational scope, updated specifications will be communicated prior to completing the service.

4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the condition, material, and history of the item submitted for customized service.

5. Limitation of Liability
Services are performed using recognized industry practices. Liability for any operational query, delay, or service performance concern is limited strictly to the value of the preliminary service deposit paid, subject to mandatory statutory consumer protection laws.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable legal principles without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections guaranteed under European laws. Any administrative inquiries regarding your booking should be directed to [email protected].
