2. Deposit Refund Eligibility

Before Assessment Commences: You may request a full refund of your preliminary service deposit if your cancellation request is submitted electronically prior to the scheduled service assessment or collection date.
After Assessment Begins: Once the physical evaluation of your rug has commenced or operational costs have been incurred, the preliminary service deposit becomes non-refundable to cover the administrative and technical costs associated with the assessment.

3. Service Scope Adjustments
If our physical evaluation indicates that your rug requires care exceeding the scope initially submitted via the online booking form, an updated service outline and final balance statement will be issued. If you choose not to proceed with the revised service plan, the initial assessment fee will be retained, and any excess deposit funds—if applicable—will be credited back to your original payment account.

4. Quality and Service Inquiries
We aim to perform all customized rug cleaning services according to professional industry standards and the parameters confirmed in your booking. If you have concerns regarding the completed service, please submit your inquiry detailing the issue within 14 business days of service completion. Each inquiry will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine appropriate remedies.

5. Refund Processing
Approved deposit refunds or fee adjustments will be processed to the original payment mechanism within 5 to 10 business days following written confirmation.
